As stated in the Privacy Policy, please note that we do not offer refunds. Once the purchaser accepts to purchase consultancy and pays, we will provide the service using the email address the purchaser provides as part of the order confirmation. We will deliver the service as per the booking date that the purchaser requests. The consultation provided by Speak To Me is based on the owner's experience or cited business best practices. Please note that the consultancy period will be delivered in one whole session. Purchasers will receive a 121 session which will last as per the session booked. Please note that to rebook the consultancy session, the purchaser must give Speak To Me Online 48hours' notice to change the booking date and time or the session will continue as per the original booking with no refund.
