Please note that consultancy means advice and recommendations provided in consultation with the business owner.  Business owner means the purchaser of the service. Speak To Me Online takes no responsibility on the actions the business owner takes following consultation. â€‹

As stated in the Refund Policy please note we do not offer refunds. Once the purchaser accepts to purchase consultancy and pays we will provide the service using the email address the purchaser provides as part of the order confirmation.  We will deliver the service as per the booking date that the purchaser requests.  The consultation provided by Speak To Me is based on the owner's experience or cited business best practices.  Please note the consultancy service period will be delivered in one whole session. Purchasers will receive a 121 session which will last as per the session booked.  Please note to rebook the consultancy session the purchaser must give Speak To Me Online 48hours notice to change the booking date and time or the session will continue as per the original booking with no refunds.

The service process is Online. Booking confirmation is sent by email to the email address as provided by the purchaser. Pleaser ensure all email addresses are correctly provided. Speak To Me Online holds no responsibility for incorrect email addresses.

 

Merchandise products will be shipped to the address provided by the buyer, using tracked delivery services only. We will try our best to get you the merchandise as quick as possible and delivered you.
